The class structure is based on a few different tenets: the warmup/stretch, skill drilling, and the WOD (workout of the day). Each class is led by a coach who will guide you safely through the workout ensuring you are completing the movements correctly and also ensuring you are working to your true potential and output. The classes are intimate in size and you will find immediately that your classmates will be cheering you on beyond what you thought you were capable of!
You must register for classes 24 hours in advance. Please show up on time, no late attendees will be allowed to participate due to time constraints of each class.
